Collaborating Artists
Below are some of the daring artists who are already part of the A Maceta Community. Thank you all for your collaboration and continued participation.
Alba Muros
Recently named as an Emerging Artist with the work 'The World in Yellow' at the MUMUAR Fest, it was the courage to accept one of the opportunities presented to us, the first step to believe in myself as an Artist and in the potential of my creativity in the field of Art .
From my training as an Architect, I maintain the restlessness of expressing concepts visually, either through images or drawings. I like to experiment with many artistic techniques. Lately I've been more focused on photography and engraving, although what has been with me for years are coloured markers.
Amalia Costa
Amalia Costa is a self-taught artist, with great passion for aesthetics and design since childhood.
The turning point was after a traffic accident and a convalescence that led her to connect with her artistic vein, to create external images as an expression of an inner reality.
Its main themes are: the sea, sheets of water, seabeds, corals, shores, ...
She avoids localisms and figuration, the only limit of her work is the frame.
She gives great importance to colour and textures, through them he generates and evokes sensations and moods. To achieve this, it breaks conventional rules for the use of materials and their treatment. Deconstruct to build.
Alicia Vazquez
Alicia Vázquez Vázquez better known as ALIVAVÁ.
Her way of painting is inspired by the forms and fauna she finds in nature, in how she sees and feels them through long walks along beaches, coves and cliffs.
Along with Sven, they give the works of ALIVAVÁ a caracter of environmental awareness. They take advantage of the large amounts of plastic and marine litter they find on our beaches, coves and between the rocks of the banks and are already polluting all places on our Planet
"The transformation of trash into something beautiful gives us enormous satisfaction and at the same time serves as an Environmental Awareness work that we are carrying out."
Beauty made of scraps...
Like life itself...
Positivity as response.
